Party Trays

  • 48 hours required to properly prepare your order.
  • All orders C.O.D. unless previous arrangements have been made.
  • $50.00 deposit required on mirror trays, unless previous arrangements have been made


  • All buffet pricing based on minimum 60 guests for "in catering" and 100 guests for "out catering". Special pricing can be arranged for those functions below these minimums.
  • In addition to the buffets shown, we would be happy to create a menu to suit your needs and budget. Sit down menus available on request.
  • Due to health and insurance regulations, all remaining food from the buffet becomes the property of 5 Star Catering.
  • A deposit is required to secure all bookings. Deposits are non-refundable, however 50% of the deposit will be refunded if we are able to re-book that date.
  • A final guarantee must be provided 10 days prior to your event. The undersigned will be charged for the guarantee or the number actually served, whichever is greater. We will be prepared to serve up to 10% above the guarantee.
  • Payment of the estimated costs to be paid one week prior to function. Any balance outstanding must be paid on day of function, unless previous arrangements have been made.
  • You are responsible for damaged linen tablecloths.

Bar Arrangements & Other Services

  • We would be pleased to provide a quotation for your bar requirements including bartender, mix, ice, glasses and setup (for "out catering" functions).
  • Other services available include linen/plastic table cloths, wine glasses, candles, centerpieces, cakes and other accessories.
